這是前幾天『鹿麓』來的回信！！害我們預定好的計畫又打亂了一番！氣死人拉！如果我有閒功夫，我一定要在網路上大加撻伐『鹿麓』一番，好家在最近身心俱疲～累了～讓他逃過了一劫～哼～

Thank you for your information.
But I must apologize you for my promiss.
I wrote you in the last email as follows.
..."I keep your reservation for 3 days"...
Then on the 7/16 and 7/17,all twinroom had already reserved.
And on the 7/18,there is one twinroom available now.
I missed them and the number of your party,4 persons.
So I could (and can) not accept your reservation.
Excuse me very very very much.....
 
I would get your stays.....I am sorry.

7/16 twinroom 0, dormitory-bed 1
7/17 twinroom 0, dormitory-bed 5
7/18 twinroom 1, dormitory-bed 5
